"Finish this..."

Since I forgot it was Wednesday and I am so tired... this is going to be short and make very little sense and be completely imperfect....


1. As a kid, my favorite Halloween costume was... the pink ladies. My cousins and I dressed up as the the pink ladies. It was absolutely adorable! To this day, I cherish those pictures. Madysen was so little with her little blonde pigtails. Alexis and Kaitlyn were going in middle school and I was in middle school (or so I think). My cousins and I have always been close, they are more like sisters and it was first Halloween that we actually went trick or treating at strangers houses. We usually went to family members and by the time that was done we had enough candy to feed a small village. We thought we were so cool in those itchy jackets and leggings. I love that Halloween because we were innocent and knew nothing about life. We all have grown tremendously since then, but  I must say, I still love those girls more than anything. Through think and thin, they have my back and I have theirs. In our own little way, we are our on gang of pink ladies. So I found the photo... we may have been younger than I first thought... but there is too much sass in this photo :)

2. As a adult, I celebrate Halloween... by dressing up at work and having a pizza party. Then looking at my youngest cousins in there adorable costumes. Then dressing up with my best friends and going to a party in a barn. Somehow Halloween has become another excuse to get together and have too much fun with the people you care about most. I think Halloween is one of those things that you expect to be perfect and so much fun and most of the time it falls short. However, I have learned that the most imperfect times turn out to be the best memories.

3. My favorite candy is... chocolate. Yes, that is a broad answer but come on... I'm a girl and if you give me chocolate, I'm bound to love it. Reeses are one of my favorites though.
